वषट्

वषट् ind. An exclamation used on making an oblation to a deity, (with dat. of the deity); इंद्राय वषट्, पूष्णे वषट् &c.

−कर्तृं m. the priest who makes the oblation with the exclamation वषट्.
−कारः the formula or exclamation वषट्.
